Happy Bday to ME!!!!

Okay wow, so its been a while since I wrote last. With the wonderful weather we have been having, on the computer is the last place I have wanted to spend my afernoons so I haven't made it a priority. I have say Happy Bday to my nieces, Madison Shea, who turned 12 on Tuesday, Baylee, who turned one on Wednesday and then to me, who is now the BIG 26!!! Yep, its official, I am past the mid-20's and now headed for the LATE 20's title =)
I have had a great day and really appreciate all that Jeremy did to make my day extra special. We had a cookout tonight and he bought balloons, a cake, a VERY sweet card, the flower I wanted for the porch, and another adorable added touch to the flower w/ a very thoughtful gesture! He is the BEST! We had Bridgette, Jonnica, Josh, Tinslea, Deana Jo, Brandon, Blake, Heather Coleman, Alicia McKinney and Lloyd over tonight for a cookout and HOMEMADE ICECREAM and had a great time. Thanx to everyone who has sent Bday wishes and for those who came over to help me celebrate. It was wonderful to get to visit with everyone!

The baby n I are doing just fine. Well actually we are doing GREAT. I have felt wonderful and haven't had any problems to date. Lil Ava is just as healthy as can be and the Drs say she is growing just like she should be. Everything is right on target and we are very grateful for it all. She is moving around quite abit more now and we love to watch my belly move and feel her kicks and pushes. Its all so amazing and a true Blessing indeed. We r really getting anxious about her arrival and really needing to get things done and QUICKLY!

I have taken off work for tomorrow and am looking forward to a 4 day wkend. Hopefully, we will be able to get a few things done both inside and out here at the house and still enjoy some down time to do whatever. Hope everyone has a safe and great Holiday wkend!!!!! Take care.

Celebrations...Mothers Day and Tinslea Gracyn turns 2!

I hope that all the mothers had a wonderful Mothers Day yesterday. Some would say this was my 1st official Mothers Day but I am not calling it official until I have had the pressures and responsibilities of being a mother. So far, my job has been easy. We had a good day though. Went to church and went to WalMart to get mom a hanging flower and then came home and grilled out and had her back for a late lunch/early supper. It was a Beautiful day and wasn't it nice to have a break in the rain for a bit. Saturday Jeremy n I had a wonderful day as well. I got up and went to do some yard saleing while he slept in for a bit. He's getting adjusted from the night shift still and early mornings are not yet on his sleep schedule. We went turkey hunting for a little bit Sat afternoon and waded through back waters up to our hips, but it was fun. No turkey but we had a good time and a little bit of excitement. Then we headed to BG for a little shopping and Tinslea Gracyn's Bday party. We took Baylee, my youngest niece and she seemed to enjoy herself despite all the crazy "big" kids running around. They all had a great time at the Hopscotch Play Place and it's always great to see little ones having fun.
Jeremy did get laid off last week, but dont worry...In his work, its not always a bad thing. He will go back to work in a couple months but usually the summers are slow. He's worked enough this spring to hold us over for a while =). I am happy to have him home again and have LOVED our time together. I actually look forward to coming home in the afternoons knowing he is here and we can spend the afternoon and evenings together. Speaking of that, I am going to go and see what he's working on outside. Enjoy the sunshine while it last!!!!!

Weekend Babysitting

So this weekend I have been babysitting little Raigan Marie since Friday night. She is growing up sooo fast and I couldn't hardly believe how much she had grown just since the last time I had seen her. Its amazing. We've had a good weekend though. Today we went by and visited at my Mamaw Daugherty's house for a lil while and dad came by so Raigan got to see Papaw. We went to Jonnica n Josh's after we left there and let Tinslea n Raigan play for a while while I went through some baby clothes of Tinslea's for Baylee. We got home in time to get Jeremy up and for Raigan's nap time. Yesterday she spent a while at Nanny's house and Jeremy and I went to Farm Boy for lunch and then came home for a little while to get some things caught up and so Mom n Raigan could have their play time. I will be taking her to BG to meet Kristin when she gets up from her nap. I know I'll miss her when she leaves but I am glad for the time that I've had w/ her this wkend. I dont think I get to c her nearly enough. =)
Last week was pretty typical...Nothing exciting going on. I started working out and plan to do that at least 2-3 times a wk for as long as I can. I figure that it wouldn't hurt to try to stay in shape, even if I am pregnant. I know I am going to gain weight but I would like to keep as much of in the belly and off the thighs as I can...LOL.
Hopefully this rain will end VERY soon and some sunshine will be n the near future. I am more than sick of all the mud and the mess that we have here in our yard and drive way. It is now May so April Showers can end ANY DAY NOW!!!!
