So much for that...

Isn't it funny that when you start something its all or nothing and you vow to keep it up and be consistant?? Well, thats the way it goes with EVERYTHING that I do but a little while into it, the dedication slowly fades away until its down to only every 2 weeks (like with blogging) or NEVER (like with working out) I said when I started blogging that I was going to stay up to date...So much for that!!!!! Oh-well, thats the way things tend to work so its really no suprise that Blogging was no different. Anyways, things have been good. Jeremy has been working VERY hard on the nursery and we are now ready for paint. We bought our paint today and I am really looking forward to seeing it on the walls in the room. I cant wait to see the finished product of all the hard work. Jeremy's hard work, that is, I wont even attempt to take credit. I have done very little in there compared to the amount of hrs he has put in. He is doing it all so that our baby girls room will be PERFECT!!!
Tomorrow Jeremy is going back to work for a few days and he will be missing his first drs apt. He has been with me each and every time but this one just isn't going to work out. Thats okay though...I know things will be the same ole routine and all will be JUST FINE!! After my drs apt, I have made an appointment to go to Sun Suites and use my gift card he got me for V-Day. A much needed massage and Pedicure is going to be WONDERFUL. I am looking forward to that!!! Its getting sooo close to time for the arrival of our lil angel and I get more n more excited daily. Only 8 wks to go til our due date But who knows...Could be 4 wks, could be 9. Only lil Ava knows when she will be ready to enter this Crazy world.

Family, Fun and Fourth of July

So we had the family over for the fourth and had big plans. I guess you could say the rain kinda changed things a bit but as most everyone did...We improvised. We had a great time despite the rain and even got to set off our fireworks at about 10 when the rain FINALLY stopped. Got a little wet at the festival early in the day but everyone (including the girls) were good sports and no one really minded it too much. Sunday night Jeremy n I went and watched the Morgantown fireworks with some friends and then Monday it was back to work...YUCK!!! Yes, I had 3 days off but 3 days just really isn't enough. We spent most of the day Friday working and cleaning on the house. Friday night ventured to the WONDERFUL Catfish Festival and enjoyed the car show and the socializing. Despite all the people who insist on attending the festival every yr and then leaving and griping about how bad it sucked...I love it! For me, its all about the small town, everybody knows everybody atmosphere. I look forward to it each yr and wish we had gotten to attend a lil more this yr. Its one time of the yr when you know you are going to see all those hundreds of people who you only see once a yr...At the Festival. I am thankful for the Catfish plates, the square dancing music, the generic carnival rides and the over priced Funnel Cakes...Thats right, I am admiting it...I love the Catfish Festival. More importantly, I love this lil town!!!
Hope everyone else enjoyed the 4th of July wkend and made the best of it despite the bad weather.
