Looking back on 2009

Okay so its now a New Year, 2010, and its amazing to look back on the past 12 months. It was 12-30-08 when we found we were expecting a baby and it was New Years Eve when we shared the news with others. We started off last year with so much excitement and anticipation. What would we have, what we name it, when would we have it, etc, etc. We first got to see an ultrasound that showed a little bitty "pea" in my belly and from there, we watched her grow. We were blessed with her arrival on 9-3-09, after a very blessed and healthy pregnancy, I was also blessed with not a bad labor and an easy delivery. Ava RayAnn Overton came into our world and it has been a wonderful Journey every since. We've loved her first smile, her first sounds, her first laugh, watching her go from completely dependent to almost sitting on her own, to almost doubling in size and the way she takes in everything around her and attempts to figure out this crazy world. She has been amazing. 2009 will forever be remembered as the year that changed our lives FOREVER!!
Also, in 2009, Jeremy and I celebrated our 1 yr wedding anniversary. We went and spent the wkend at the Opryland Hotel and had an Amazing experience. That place will blow your mind and, considering I was 8 months pregnant, it made for a PERFECT anniversary get a way. Especially the fact that we got one night free and a free meal at a 4 star restaurant while we were there =)
On March 30, 2009, we said good-bye to a dear friend, Dustin Belcher, when a tragic car wreck took him away. I will never forget the moment I heard the words, " he didn't make it" and how I felt. It was so unbelievable that Dustin, so full of life, could be gone. He left behind two beautiful baby girls and family and friends who forever cherish the memories. It was tough to say good-bye but we all had no choice but to continue to move forward. Although Dustin isn't here to go forward with us in person, he is definately with us in memory.
The summer of 2009 was a good one. The heat didnt' get me down, eventhough I was pregnant, and Jeremy and I got soo much done outside here at the home. We landscaped, bought new patio furniture, dug a fish pond, built a lil waterfall, had a sidewalk, patio and carport pored and really made some changes. Yes, we have plenty more to do but its definately a start. We spent some time away from home shortly after Ava was born since Jeremy was working out of town. He loaded up his girls and took us with him. We shared a few weeks together in a lil cottage just outside of Somerset. We did what we had to do to keep our family together.
We hosted our first Thanksgiving here at the house and cooked our first traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, ham, dressing, sweet potatoe casserole, etc. Jeremy n I figured it all out together and it all turned out GREAT!! We had the family over which also included my aunt and uncle from Owensboro, who we hadn't seen since my Grandmother passed away Sept of '08. We had a great time and enjoyed starting traditions that we hope to continue.
Of course, through out the first 9 months of 2009, I was learning all the joys of being pregnant and experiencing some of the non joys of being pregnant as well. My belly grew, my emotions were crazy, my back ached and I couldnt' seem to ever get enough sleep. I went from weighing 125 to 160 and my feet would sometimes hurt. It was all to be expected though and through it all, I complained VERY little. I took it all in stride and enjoyed the experience. After all, I had a baby growing inside of me. It was a VERY small price to pay for the gift that we got from it. In the last 3 months of 2009, I have been experiencing all the joys of being a mommy. Along with all the responsibilities and the sacrifices that also go along with it. Its not always an easy task but the PROs definately outway the CONs.
Good-bye to 2009 and hello to 2010. May God continue to Bless each and everyone of you. Remember to count your blessings, you may be suprised how many you come up with. Each new day is an adventure and each new year is a gift. We are never promised tomorrow but Today is a guarantee. Live each day to its fullest and treat life as the precious gift that it is!!!!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back to work

AND THIS IS WHAT I LOOKED FORWARD TO SEEING EACH AND EVERY DAY!!!!

So I made it through my first week back to work and it was actually not as bad as I thought. I made my share of phone calls just to see what she was doing but didnt shed a tear. Mom is keeping her 4 days a wk and my cousin is keeping her on Wednesdays. I know she is in good hands and that helps...A LOT!!! I do miss her like crazy and by the end of the day, I am more than ready to see those cute lil cheeks, beautiful lips and sweet blue eyes. Jeremy picks her up from mom's everyday and then he meets me on his way to work and my way home so I get to see her ASAP every day and he gets to spend some time with her as well. She is certainly growing like crazy and is smiling and "talking" now. I have to say...She's just absolutely PERFECT and I am still amazed that she is ours. God is GREAT and she reminds me of that every single day!!

Seems like only yesterday...

Two generations of BFFs!!

So my baby girl will be 7 wks old this Thursday and it absolutely blows my mind that time has passed so quickly. It truly seems like only yesterday when we were in the hospital welcoming her into this world. Now, she has grown sooo much and has this little personality that she is developing everyday. She is grinning and frowning and is just absolutely adorable. Honestly, I cant get enough of her. I have spent pretty much every minute with her since she was born with the exception of about 20hrs total and eventhough it is definately over whelming at times, I really dont want it any other way. We have learned how to get out of the house and go places with a new baby. Its an experience and you learn new things each and every time but we manage. I refuse to think of her as a disability and dont see any reason why we cant do what we want to do. It has truly been amazing. Next Monday I am going back to work and I AM NOT LOOKING FORWARD to it!! Well, its actually a bit bitter sweet I guess. I am ready to go back to work but I really wish I could take her with me. That would be ideal. However, its not an option, so I must figure out a way to manage. I am sure it will tough but time will make it better.

Deana Jo n Brandon had their baby girl, Jenna Brooke, last Tuesday and she is a lil doll. It was amazing to see Ava next to her and really see how much she had grown. Congrats to them. I know that Ava n Jenna will have MANY, MANY memories to make over the yrs and Deana Jo n I will have tons of fun watching these two baby girls grow into lil ladies! The guys, however, would probably prefer they stay baby girls. HAHA. I am sure they will get into plenty of trouble together over the yrs but I just hope they always realize what the important things are in life and that they will always keep God first when making their decisions. I look forward to watching each of them grow and to see what they become.

Temporary Resort Living

So Jeremy was working out of town in Burnside, which is right outside of Somerset. He had a lil cottage up there in a resort on Lake Cumberland and we decided that Ava n I would go with him so that he could go back to work and still see his girls. It was nice to be there with him and pretty peaceful as well. Ava n I spent our days being lazy mostly except when we went for our walks. Turns out she loves to be outside!! I was thankful for some pretty weather so we could get out and enjoy it. We are now back home and glad to be here but the time away wasn't so bad either. Here are a few pics from our stay.

Daddy napping with his baby girl after a hard day at work

I love this look...Even though it does make her look soo much like her daddy!

The 1st two weeks

After her 1st bath (which she did not enjoy)

Big bright eyes

So we've made it through the first two weeks of being mommy n daddy and, though at times it can be abit overwhelming, all n all it has been amazing! I am currently typing this w/ one hand as I hold my sweet Ava in the other arm. I look down at her and see that beautiful face with a perfect complection and hardly a blemish and wonder how in the world we created such a beautiful child. We have spent the majority of the past 2 wks just looking at her in aww of her perfectness. Of course, we r partial but to us, she is perfect. Not one thing would I change about her...Right down to her pretty RED hair!! She is definately our everything now and no longer is it just Jeremy n I. We now have this precious baby girl who counts on us to ensure she is getting everything she needs. When she crys we go through the list...Is it time to eat, is she hungry, cold, hot, dirty, etc, etc. Once we have gone through all the options, we sometimes just have to accept thatt sometimes she is gonna fuss and be unhappy and we may not be able to make it all better. That is probably one of the toughest things; not being able to fix EVERYTHING. Its much harder on Jeremy than me. It breaks his heart when his little girl cries and he cant fix it. I certainly dont enjoy it either but I understand that its just the way it is sometimes. Inevitably the tears will dry up and she will be okay!!

It has been an adventurous first two weeks and there are so many things that we have learned about newborns. Some of them including that all those strange noises they make that make you think they are choking, or that they cant breath are completely normal. Another being that they really aren't as fragile as you would think and that no matter how hard you try to keep them from it, they are going to scratch their face with those finger nails. (The mittens dont stay on and Socks work much better!) As our journey continues as mommy n daddy, I look forward to the road that we will be traveling and all the sites we will see along the way!!

A good time to do so...

Well, I was reminded today of how I dont update my blog so I thought it would be a good time to do so. I actually have some news to share anyways so it was conveniently a good time to update anyways. It has been a little while, I will admit so I actually have plenty to write about. I am now off of work and have been since last Monday. I figured that 2 wks before my due date was a good time to take off and have a lil time to rest and relax before Ava's big arrival. My dr also suggested 2 wks, so it didn't take much to convince me that it was okay to go ahead and take off. As it turns out...Ava will actually be here by THURSDAY of this week!! If I haven't had her before then, I will be induced Thursday morning bright and early. It seems soooo crazy that what we have been waiting 38 wks for is now only 4 days away!! Man how the time has flown. The next 3 days will probably drag on as we wait for 630 am Thursday morning to get everything started but I hope to make the most of these last few days before our lives change FOREVER!!!! How exciting!!?!!?!!! Jeremy left to head back to Somerset/Burnside til Wednesday for work and he has called every 30 mins since he left just to make sure I am okay and that nothing is going on. His phone was going dead and he's worried he may miss a call from me telling him to turn around and come back. He is the best I just have to say!!! I could not be blessed with a better Husband and Ava RayAnn is going to have the Best Daddy in the world!!! There is nothing that he wouldn't do to protect his girls and I am sooo thankful that he cares like he does!
Since the last time I wrote, I have had some more baby showers... 4 all together actually and, not to sound ungrateful, but I was glad when #4 was over with. It is very good to know that people want to give and that we have so much love and support from our friends, family and churches but its a bit exhausting. Of course, you always get some things that you dont actually NEED and you dont know where it came from so you find yourself trying to figure what exactly to do it. Then, there is always the awkward and uncomfortable feeling of sitting in front of everyone, all eyes on you, while you open these gifts and put on your best SMILE everytime you open a bag. Its funny to listen to all of the AWWW'S you hear. (Especially with all the lil girl stuff) Its funny...You open a bag of diapers and wipes and you hear "AWWW" Well maybe not literally but my the time you've been through 4 of these nice but awkward situations, it sure seems that way. Today we had Deana Jo's baby shower and I got to watch her n Brandon go through all that fun stuff while I got to sick back and write down names and gifts. It was kinda nice to c the tables turned :) She is 6 wks behind me on her due date so our lil girls will be the BEST OF FRIENDS I am sure!!! Its gonna be tons of fun watching them grow up together!!
Well...I guess next time you all hear from me, I will have our new arrival here at home with me and hopefully, it wont take me a month to update. I will make my best effort to get some pics up as soon as I can find the time!! Take Care and Wish us luck! Remember...Thursday, September 3rd (if not before)

Closer n Closer

Well that time is almost here and it seems almost unreal. Jeremy n I are sooo excited about our lil girl and can not wait to get her here. I have been very blessed with a good, healthy pregnancy and am soo thankful to be able to say that. Now all we need is a healthy lil bundle of joy to make it all complete and perfect. We officially have the room complete (minus a door knob) and have all her lil clothes washed, put away and hanging in the closet. The diaper stacker is full of diapers, the basinet is next to our bed and her bag is packed and ready for the hospital. I do still need to get mine together and packed but her's was much more fun :) Only 3 wks to go until our due date and really...She could come any day. We have had two showers so far and am thankful for all the goodies we have gotten and for all the family n friends who have shared in our excitement. We have one more shower to go on Sunday at First Baptist and then it will be time to get the remainder of our things put into place and finish up buying the neccessities before our lil one makes her grand entrance into this world. Wow...The time really has flown. Sometimes I just cant believe 9 months have come n gone. It seems so crazy that in less than a month our lives will change completely and we will experience love n happiness at an entirely new level. God is GOOD...Thats really about all I can say. He has blessed us over n over again and I could not be happier with the AMAZING life that we are able to live. Our lives are about to get sooo much better and there is so much in store for us and so many exciting things to come. Most likely, next time you here from me, Ava RayAnn Overton will have made her arrival and we will be loving every minute of being mommy n daddy!!!

So much for that...

Isn't it funny that when you start something its all or nothing and you vow to keep it up and be consistant?? Well, thats the way it goes with EVERYTHING that I do but a little while into it, the dedication slowly fades away until its down to only every 2 weeks (like with blogging) or NEVER (like with working out) I said when I started blogging that I was going to stay up to date...So much for that!!!!! Oh-well, thats the way things tend to work so its really no suprise that Blogging was no different. Anyways, things have been good. Jeremy has been working VERY hard on the nursery and we are now ready for paint. We bought our paint today and I am really looking forward to seeing it on the walls in the room. I cant wait to see the finished product of all the hard work. Jeremy's hard work, that is, I wont even attempt to take credit. I have done very little in there compared to the amount of hrs he has put in. He is doing it all so that our baby girls room will be PERFECT!!!
Tomorrow Jeremy is going back to work for a few days and he will be missing his first drs apt. He has been with me each and every time but this one just isn't going to work out. Thats okay though...I know things will be the same ole routine and all will be JUST FINE!! After my drs apt, I have made an appointment to go to Sun Suites and use my gift card he got me for V-Day. A much needed massage and Pedicure is going to be WONDERFUL. I am looking forward to that!!! Its getting sooo close to time for the arrival of our lil angel and I get more n more excited daily. Only 8 wks to go til our due date But who knows...Could be 4 wks, could be 9. Only lil Ava knows when she will be ready to enter this Crazy world.

Family, Fun and Fourth of July

So we had the family over for the fourth and had big plans. I guess you could say the rain kinda changed things a bit but as most everyone did...We improvised. We had a great time despite the rain and even got to set off our fireworks at about 10 when the rain FINALLY stopped. Got a little wet at the festival early in the day but everyone (including the girls) were good sports and no one really minded it too much. Sunday night Jeremy n I went and watched the Morgantown fireworks with some friends and then Monday it was back to work...YUCK!!! Yes, I had 3 days off but 3 days just really isn't enough. We spent most of the day Friday working and cleaning on the house. Friday night ventured to the WONDERFUL Catfish Festival and enjoyed the car show and the socializing. Despite all the people who insist on attending the festival every yr and then leaving and griping about how bad it sucked...I love it! For me, its all about the small town, everybody knows everybody atmosphere. I look forward to it each yr and wish we had gotten to attend a lil more this yr. Its one time of the yr when you know you are going to see all those hundreds of people who you only see once a yr...At the Festival. I am thankful for the Catfish plates, the square dancing music, the generic carnival rides and the over priced Funnel Cakes...Thats right, I am admiting it...I love the Catfish Festival. More importantly, I love this lil town!!!
Hope everyone else enjoyed the 4th of July wkend and made the best of it despite the bad weather.

Trimester #3!!!!

So now I am almost 30 wks along and each and everyday get more and more excited about the upcoming arrival of our lil baby girl!!! She moves constantly and it makes it all the more real with each and every kick. She's definately an active lil thing and I just think its precious! We've gotten registered and the shower isn't too far away. The baby bed and the changing table are sitting in the living rm and we have boxes and boxes of baby clothes piled in what will soon be the nursery. Preparing for our new addition, our lil angel, our perfect lil pride n joy...We CANT WAIT!!!! Every time we see a new lil baby we talk about how sweet he or she is and remind each other that it wont be long and we will have a lil one of our very own to tote around and show off to all of those passing by who just cant help but to stop when they see a new born baby =) I often find myself wondering all those new mommy thoughts..."Will she have hair?" "How much will she weigh?", "How long will she be?", "Who will she favor?", and on and on.... I know that even if in a couple of yrs we look back and think "she really wasn't that cute of a baby", we will think when she is born that she is the most precious thing in the world and we will be convinced that she is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! Of course, though...She REALLY will be Perfect ;) I just really cant wait to hold her and watch her with her wonderful daddy since I already know she will no doubt be a DADDYS GIRL!! I just cant wait til she arrives and we can start our perfect lil family. Wont be long now..Oh how time flies!!!!!! Stay tuned, as my excitement builds I am sure I will be sharing more and more!

So we had a great weekend with the family and just got to hang out here around the house and have a good time. Its not all that common that all of the family gets together so it was GREAT!! Stacye, Brad, Madison and Baylee came down Saturday and stayed the night. We got some help w/ some landscaping but more importantly, we all got to hang out and just have a good time. Josh n Raigan got here on Sunday and we all got to visit for a while. We cooked TONS of food, set up the little kiddy pool for the girls (and me) and all just had a good time. It was a great weekend and one that I am very happy we were able to have.

Happy Bday to ME!!!!

Okay wow, so its been a while since I wrote last. With the wonderful weather we have been having, on the computer is the last place I have wanted to spend my afernoons so I haven't made it a priority. I have say Happy Bday to my nieces, Madison Shea, who turned 12 on Tuesday, Baylee, who turned one on Wednesday and then to me, who is now the BIG 26!!! Yep, its official, I am past the mid-20's and now headed for the LATE 20's title =)
I have had a great day and really appreciate all that Jeremy did to make my day extra special. We had a cookout tonight and he bought balloons, a cake, a VERY sweet card, the flower I wanted for the porch, and another adorable added touch to the flower w/ a very thoughtful gesture! He is the BEST! We had Bridgette, Jonnica, Josh, Tinslea, Deana Jo, Brandon, Blake, Heather Coleman, Alicia McKinney and Lloyd over tonight for a cookout and HOMEMADE ICECREAM and had a great time. Thanx to everyone who has sent Bday wishes and for those who came over to help me celebrate. It was wonderful to get to visit with everyone!

The baby n I are doing just fine. Well actually we are doing GREAT. I have felt wonderful and haven't had any problems to date. Lil Ava is just as healthy as can be and the Drs say she is growing just like she should be. Everything is right on target and we are very grateful for it all. She is moving around quite abit more now and we love to watch my belly move and feel her kicks and pushes. Its all so amazing and a true Blessing indeed. We r really getting anxious about her arrival and really needing to get things done and QUICKLY!

I have taken off work for tomorrow and am looking forward to a 4 day wkend. Hopefully, we will be able to get a few things done both inside and out here at the house and still enjoy some down time to do whatever. Hope everyone has a safe and great Holiday wkend!!!!! Take care.

Celebrations...Mothers Day and Tinslea Gracyn turns 2!

I hope that all the mothers had a wonderful Mothers Day yesterday. Some would say this was my 1st official Mothers Day but I am not calling it official until I have had the pressures and responsibilities of being a mother. So far, my job has been easy. We had a good day though. Went to church and went to WalMart to get mom a hanging flower and then came home and grilled out and had her back for a late lunch/early supper. It was a Beautiful day and wasn't it nice to have a break in the rain for a bit. Saturday Jeremy n I had a wonderful day as well. I got up and went to do some yard saleing while he slept in for a bit. He's getting adjusted from the night shift still and early mornings are not yet on his sleep schedule. We went turkey hunting for a little bit Sat afternoon and waded through back waters up to our hips, but it was fun. No turkey but we had a good time and a little bit of excitement. Then we headed to BG for a little shopping and Tinslea Gracyn's Bday party. We took Baylee, my youngest niece and she seemed to enjoy herself despite all the crazy "big" kids running around. They all had a great time at the Hopscotch Play Place and it's always great to see little ones having fun.
Jeremy did get laid off last week, but dont worry...In his work, its not always a bad thing. He will go back to work in a couple months but usually the summers are slow. He's worked enough this spring to hold us over for a while =). I am happy to have him home again and have LOVED our time together. I actually look forward to coming home in the afternoons knowing he is here and we can spend the afternoon and evenings together. Speaking of that, I am going to go and see what he's working on outside. Enjoy the sunshine while it last!!!!!

Weekend Babysitting

So this weekend I have been babysitting little Raigan Marie since Friday night. She is growing up sooo fast and I couldn't hardly believe how much she had grown just since the last time I had seen her. Its amazing. We've had a good weekend though. Today we went by and visited at my Mamaw Daugherty's house for a lil while and dad came by so Raigan got to see Papaw. We went to Jonnica n Josh's after we left there and let Tinslea n Raigan play for a while while I went through some baby clothes of Tinslea's for Baylee. We got home in time to get Jeremy up and for Raigan's nap time. Yesterday she spent a while at Nanny's house and Jeremy and I went to Farm Boy for lunch and then came home for a little while to get some things caught up and so Mom n Raigan could have their play time. I will be taking her to BG to meet Kristin when she gets up from her nap. I know I'll miss her when she leaves but I am glad for the time that I've had w/ her this wkend. I dont think I get to c her nearly enough. =)
Last week was pretty typical...Nothing exciting going on. I started working out and plan to do that at least 2-3 times a wk for as long as I can. I figure that it wouldn't hurt to try to stay in shape, even if I am pregnant. I know I am going to gain weight but I would like to keep as much of in the belly and off the thighs as I can...LOL.
Hopefully this rain will end VERY soon and some sunshine will be n the near future. I am more than sick of all the mud and the mess that we have here in our yard and drive way. It is now May so April Showers can end ANY DAY NOW!!!!

Wonderful Weekend

Well Jeremy finally took a night off of work on Saturday and I was THRILLED that we had the day and night to spend together. We have had plans for a while to go and listen to the "Duck Commander" speak at a church in Clinton, KY on Saturday night w/ Deana Jo n Brandon so Jeremy had told them a while back he wouldn't be there Saturday night. I think after working 26 days straight he deserved a day off anyways. It was a wonderful day and since he didnt' have to work Saturday night, he got up around 10 and we got to do some things outside and do went to town and got our 1st Sno Shack icees' of the season =) before we had to get ready to go. It was a great day to be out for a road trip though and it was VERY nice for us to get to have some real conversations since those have been few and far between lately with our schedules. We didn't even turn the radio on, just enjoyed the day and each other. It was Great!!! We ended up getting home around midnight on Saturday but we had a great time and enjoyed the message. Sunday morning we got up and went to church in Beaver Dam, which we hadn't gotten to do for a while. It was nice to get back to the church we typically go to and see everyone. Afterwards, we just enjoyed a little down time until Jeremy had to go to work again last night. I really hated to say good-bye to him. After us having such a wonderful Saturday and Sunday morning/early afternoon, I really wished he didnt' have to leave so we could enjoy the rest of the day together. I am thankful for the time that we did have together though and have really enjoyed this weather. It was wonderful to lay on the couch w/ the windows open and just feel the breeze and take in the outdoors. I know the rain is heading in but the temperatures have atlast gotten warmer and I am thrilled that Spring is finally here!!!!

Kicks, Flips and Lots of Love

Well I cant really be sure but I think I felt little Ava move today for the first time. Of course, since this is my first baby, I dont really know what to expect or feel for but I was sitting at my desk today at work when I started feeling this little twitch or flutter in the lower right side of my belly. It happened a 3 or 4 times right there in a roll and I was pretty sure that it was little Ava letting me know she was still there and growing each day. Like I said, I cant be sure that it was her but it sure felt like something different that I hadn't felt before so I think I am going to tell myself that it was my sweet little girl. Everytime we have had an ultrasound the sonographer has told us that she is VERY active and, well, its not like we couldn't see for ourselves, that she was constantly moving around. The last one we had the lady looked at us and said "I cant keep up with your baby." With that being said, when I do start feeling her everytime she flips or kicks, I am sure I will be getting plenty of it. Thats okay though...Each and everytime I feel that little flutter in my belly I am reminded of the very special blessing God has given us and it makes me that much more excited to have our baby where we can hold her, love her and SPOIL HER ROTTEN!!!!!

The past few days

Just a quick run down of the past few days. Nothing special really but I have been getting out of the house a little more than usual. Thursday night I went and met Heather at the Farm Boy for dinner. Jonnica was going to join us as well but as luck would have it, she got sick and was unable to make it. Maybe next time we can all 3 be there. Its nice to get together every once and a while and catch up. Anytime that Heather n I get together, we talk for hrs. This trip, we were at Farm Boy for about 3 hrs and we talked the entire time. Its nice to do that though and we just dont get around to it nearly enough. Last night (Friday) I went to my sis's house and visited with her and Brad for a while. Little miss Bayleigh was w/ her mamaw and Maddy Shea was w/ her dad so it was just the 3 of us. I got a bunch of baby stuff from them and now have my car loaded down until Jeremy has the time to get to it all. We really dont even have room for it all yet but I wanted to go ahead and get it out of their way. It was good to get to catch up with my sis as well and visit for a while. We dont get to do it very often but we too can sit and talk for hrs. (I think yall are probably thinking that knowing me, I can talk for hrs to anyone) Its probably true, I just dont have very many people who will listen to me...LOL!!
Today, I slept in and got up to find we had a new baby horse! She is the cutest little thing. It was so neat that she was born because we really didn't even knowing that the momma was pregnant for sure. It couldn't have happened at a better time though. With just having lost two horses in the barn fire, it was like a gift to fill the space. I couldnt wait to get Jeremy up and show him the new baby but I did good and let him sleep. I HATE days when I am home and he is sleeping because I just want to go in and wake him up so we can have some time together. I watch the clock and wait for the min its time for him to get up. Tonight, after Jeremy left for work AGAIN...I went to Muhlenberg to visit with some friends of ours, Darin and Paula Croxton and their little girl, Kira. They had grilled hamburgers n hotdogs and Paula made the BEST turtle Cheese cake. Now I am home and just trying to pass the time before heading to bed for the night. I try to stay up late so I can sleep in with Jeremy some. Have I mentioned that I will be thrilled when Jeremy once again gets to be home with me at night??? Even though I am glad he is working, it couldnt' come soon enough!!
